OLMC School is a single stream Catholic Primary School catering for 240 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. It is nestled in the suburb of Hilton in Perth, Western Australia and enjoys a positive partnership with the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish. OLMC School strives to build a vibrant, creative and faith filled Catholic school community with a strong emphasis on pastoral care.

Future Leaders and Talent Identification

The talent identification process has been developed to assist Catholic Education Western Australia to identify leaders in our system and to inform their pathways to future enhanced leadership opportunities. This is a wonderful initiative which strives to firstly identify and then provide instruments and support relevant to the individual’s experience and aspirations influenced from literature and best practice.
